She was really lovely throughout the whole transaction. I misread a line in her terms and asked a question that was CLEARLY answered there (sorry again!), and she was very sweet and patient when answering. Communication was amazing! The shipping company had delays after she shipped, and she contacted me to let me know. The dress arrived safely and was packaged really well. I could tell that she put a lot of care into how she folded the dress for transit. Everything was exactly as described. I would definitely buy from her again!!
