Seller is highly communicative and easy to work with. She sold overseas on a limb considering the COVID-19 situation. She checked in frequently when delays occurred with the postal service and even had inquired to her local office after the dress seemed to take forever to leave. I am extremely grateful to her and highly recommend working with her.

Was accomodating on the payment method and overall pleasant to deal with. They kept me up to date on every point of the transaction and the bag was posted out promptly. Unfortunately the bag arrived in damaged condition as the strap was not kept either separate or secured which resulted in numerous dents and scratches. This could have been avoided with better care when packaging which the seller has acknowledged (although no compensation was offered). Since the bag was a huge WTB, and the damage is mostly confined to the back of the bag and everything was otherwise okay I have not pressed the issue. I would consider purchasing from again but I would definitely double check everything is well packaged first and request/pay for a box instead of a plastic satchel.
