I bought the cupcake chiffon petticoat and I'm on the fence about it. The IDEA is great, but the execution is highly questionable. The top half of the "hoop skirt" is of good quality. The waistband stretches out far and the rings are sturdy yet flexible. I just don't understand how the bottom half of this product turned out so badly. The hem is cut laughably crooked and many edges are left raw or frayed. Not only that, but the product itself is much, much, much smaller than pictured. In the picture, it appears as though the petticoat could fill out the skirt of a fully-sized Lolita dress, but it honestly only fills out the skirt of my SMALL Liz Lisa dress. There is no way that this petticoat would ever be able to fill the volume of an actual Lolita dress, and I honestly feel like I wasted $35 on a hooped skirt that would have been $10 on Amazon. I think the seller needs to correct their product description and photos, because the product I received does not look anything like what is pictured.

Easy communication and fast shipment! It took about 2 weeks to arrive in Canada, but it seems customs wanted to further inspect the package so I'm not sure if that delayed it at all. Still very fast shipping tho! The petti itself is fairly comfortable to wear and easy to adjust as you just slide the hoops larger and smaller with little rubber pieces to hold it in place. It's very lightweight and easy to wear and I'm quite happy with it! Thanks!!
