Amazing seller!! The seller was very communicative and great when there was an issue with the tracking. The tracking wasn’t updating to indicate the item was shipped but the seller was so nice with offering to contact USPS if it didn’t update. The bag was delivered safely in the end so we were good, but I really appreciated the seller going above and beyond like that. Item came just a described; I love my new bag! Arrived quickly but wasn't packed super safely (only a flimsy poly mailer and nothing else) and the headband (band, not the bow) arrived really bent. I sort of fixed it but a little disappointed for the amount I paid. T-T
