The buyer pointed out to me that I did not post for shipping on the item post. I admitted to that, however, this only came after them paying an invoice that stated there would be shipping. The person then proceeded to open a claim with PayPal causing me to go negative. I explain to them that what I charged them for shipping was not even the full amount. While I understand what I posted was zero shipping on the website, the invoice very much so stated they would be shipping and the person paid And only complained after paying and after I shipped out their item. The buyer accuse me of making a mistake when they complained to me. They could not read the invoice properly due to having so many open at one time. That is not my fault, and I just took a major hit on my PayPal account because of them. They claimed they did not want to be difficult, but they continue to do so again, I admit, I did not post shipping on the website for the item, I could not find the button originally for that post that is my mistake. However, there was no issue when I posted it in the invoice issue was brought up after and again, I was accused of being wrong for charging shipping, if the person did not want to pay shipping, they would should have said something to me prior to pay the invoice again shipment cost was pointed out clearly on the invoice on PayPal.
