Communication was sift and very nice!
She asked if it was okay to reuse packaging, and kindly doublewrapped the dress in an additional plastic bag to protect it from possible rain damage, as I asked her.
The dress was shipped promptly and I was notified very swiftly and was given a tracking number. Shipping was also very cheap for how fast the dress arrived!
The dress itself was clean and odorless and in like new condition with no flaws.
I would always buy from Nailusha again!
