(Edited Feedback) The seller did fine with communication and was prompt with invoice. I do believe that it was an honest mistake but when the dress arrived it had damages that were not noted in the listing. I contacted the seller and she decided to do a partial refund for the damages. I believe the seller didn't notice the damages before sending and she was willing to fix the problem.
