While the item is lovely and received a blouse and OTK socks, I was incredibly disappointed with the lack of communication and how long it took to ship.

Good seller! Good communication and friendly. The shoes arrived to me safely, despite taking a while to get to me due to untracked shipping. They appear unworn as described, however the sole is popping up near the heel on one of the shoes. I assume they were like this when the seller got them, hopefully a little glue can fix it.
