The cage cannot hold a petticoat in any way so I would argue it's not a lolita-jsk. The main skirt could but the cage makes it impossible to wear even the tiniest petticoat. However, I do not fault the seller bc they bought it as a lolita-jsk and could not try it on with a petticoat bc of sizing issues thus I only subtract one star.
