Even though I did not get the item sold, the seller was v honest and kind, to the point where she gave me an entire refund, thus rectifying the problem. Even though she made a mistake, she was very helpful and sorted out the problem before I could even react. 10/10 seller, would buy from again simply due to her customer service and ability to handle problems well!
