The transaction was smooth, but after receiving the blouse I found that it had been worn previously on the sellers instagram, even though it had been advertised as NWT. The seller made no effort to apologise or refund me for her deceptive sales tactics, and instead tried to make me feel bad, therefore I changed my positive feedback.
