There was no protection for the items inside the package (which arrived to me torn) which resulted in the detachable bow falling out (didn't even notice at first). I'm lucky it fell out inside the car, because otherwise it would have been lost before I even got home. Other than that communication was fast, shipping cost was reasonable, and the item is as described.

We did 2 months payment plan via PP for this dress and greybunny sent them immediately after my second payment. Dress are even more beautiful than on pictures and came very well packed and also unexpectedly quickly. The shipping cost was reasonable and seller answered all my questions very fast. Recommending and would do business anytime again!
Side note for people considering getting this dress from elsewhere - the fabric is amazing and soft to touch while not shiny - but it is HEAVY, you definitely need poofy A-line petti. And it is evening/dining/theatre kind of dress, looks more "special" than "daily". Good option for date or important event! :)
