Shoes were as described, though worse than I expected. The front was cut into where the images made it look like scuffs. Communication was non-existent, I only received an invoice. Dispatch time was unknown, packaging charges were reasonable, but flat rate. The shoes were pretty well packaged with plastic air to prevent them from moving around. I personally won't be buying from her again, but it was not a negative experience.
