From the moment the transaction began, to the moment the dress arrived, it has been an absolute pleasure. The speed and ease of communication with the seller has been unmatched, and any and all concerns I had were addressed extremely quickly and settled very fairly in a manner that seemed to please both buyer and seller - without moderator involvement. Additionally, item time to ship and time to arrive were very quick! Communication was excellent and the item arrived within three days, like the seller said! It was exactly as described, bows and all. The invoice was paid Saturday night, but the dispatch wasn't until Tuesday. It came so quickly though I can't really complain. The packaging was top notch and the box extremely secure, and a lovely thank you note was included with the purchase. Would do business with the seller again, hands down!
