The item I bought from this seller arrived damaged but it was clear from their proof pics that the damage was created during transit.
I provided photos of the damage to the seller and she forwarded them to the shipping company who was responsible for the damage and therefore the refunding.
Throughout the whole process of asking about shipping costs, winning the item and asking a partial refund for the damage the seller was very polite and helpful and for that I'm very happy and grateful.
I would gladly definitely recommend her! Thanks a lot <3
