Didnt really mind waiting on shipping since i already knew it would be a while till i got it but dress arrived missing the bow in the front and then after contacting seller they said they would ship it and never heard from them again. All of the pm were ignored after a while until i said i would file a claim. Eventually got it and they added a headband with the package wich was nice but this whole thing was to much of a hassle and probably wont order from them again.

Great care in packaging the dress. It arrived in perfect condition. Took about 6 weeks to arrive in the USA from SEA, but worth it. No problems at all!

The seller responded very quickly when first making my purchase and communication got slower after I paid, which was no big deal and never caused any problems. I always got my questions answered and a tracking number was provided to me once I requested it. My items came very quickly and were well packaged. Everything arrived properly and quickly, however, a couple of things to notice:
A) the seller almost never answer (however as I said everything arrived properly)
B) the buttons are a bit flimsy, they will probably require fixing
C) the design, the theme itself is "The Nutcracker" with a "T", as you can see on the photos it is misspelled as "The Nucracker"
Besides that everything arrived quickly and well packaged
