Sent an invoice promptly after I won the auction and were very courteous in their communication. Package arrived quickly and securely, and the dress was as described. A warning for those with allergies though: there was indeed a bit of fur inside the bag/on the dress. Not certain if it's animal/pet fur, so just a heads up. In general, I would be happy to buy from them again in the future!
