The dress was packaged very nicely and came fast. But upon receiving the dress it had noticeable stains on the under arm area. She responded as fast as she could and gave me notice she would be slow responding based on her injury. The dress conditions was also not stated other than the modified bow in back. After going back and forth with finding a solution we decided on dry cleaning. Dry cleaning itself was a hassle. I did find a reasonable price place that would clean velvet. She paid for the cost and that was it. Not going to lie during the process I got frustrated and felt I overpaid even with a discounted price. After waiting a bit on my what type of feedback to leave I felt neutral was best as she did try and resolve the issues.

I had a very negative experience with this seller. Initial communication was fine, as I inquired about the dress and sizing, but I was invoiced with ten dollars extra in paypal fees that I did not agree to! I paid, because I didn't want to receive negative feedback for non-payment, but asked for a reimbursement of those fees, as I did not consent to them and they were not listed anywhere in her terms of sale. (PayPal fees charged to the buyer are against PayPal's terms of sale!) The seller literally told me she overcharged me for shipping in PayPal fees to make sure she covered her costs, told me by how much she overcharged me, then didn't offer to reimburse anything! The dress arrived, and I was so disappointed- what should have been mostly white fabric in the skirt of the OP was totally covered in a light rust stain from improper storage. I mentioned this to the seller and she said she had no idea, which seems pretty impossible because it was literally all over the skirt of the dress. I asked for a partial refund, as I knew 3F dresses come up so rarely and otherwise I really liked it, but we instead ended up going through paypal for a full refund, and I sent the dress back. This seller has many feedback messages saying there were undisclosed stains/cracks/etc. in her items- buyer beware.

Great seller; very polite and corteous. The item arrived to me missing one of the top ribbons, and she made sure to search for it, and when that didn't work, she gave me a partial refund so that it could be replaced. Messages were prompt and polite, and she did a great job of making sure I was happy with everything. Thank you so much!

Bought my dream shoes from this exemplary seller and the transactions was altogether very smooth. She kept me updated all the time and the shoes shipped out quickly and arrived fast (luckily avoiding customs as well)!. They were well-packed and in an amazing condition, better than I could've hoped for. I'd definitely buy from this seller again and warmly recommend her sales.

Fast shipping!Good communication. 1 small crack on the inside of the case though that wasn't mentioned in the description, but its not visible on the outside, so I can't complain. Overall though, I hope to deal with again.
