Seller completely ghosted me and only shipped half of what I ordered. I purchased these BTSSB ribbon combs and the matching Kumya JSK on December 10th and paid the invoice the next morning. The next week the seller told me they would ship my package out by the 26th. I messaged them on the 27th after I didn't receive any updates or tracking and asked about the status. They told me they had recently moved and the Kumya JSK was still packed. I made the mistake of trusting them and agreed to have my order shipped out in 2 parts. The ribbons were shipped on the 28th and the last response I received from them was on the 31st. I have since reached out via multiple LM messages (all unread) and even contacted them through their PayPal email. Do not do business with this seller if you actually want to receive what you've ordered.

Buyer never paid for invoice. My TOS states payment is due within 48 hours. I messaged them twice, once when I sent the initial invoice and then after the 48 hour deadline passed. I also sent a PayPal email invoice reminder and even gave an extra 12 hours time just in case. Still no communication. it looks like they read all my messages though. Really unfortunate they never got back to me!
