I use a transshipment address which needs the tracking number to track the parcel. The seller provided a totally wrong code which has no update all the time and never replied to my message after I paid for the dress. I have no choice but to apply for a claim after I got no response from seller in nearly one month. And magically, the seller replied to me immediately the next day and provided me the right tracking number which is totally different from the previous one. I have cancel the claim after I confirmed the arrival of the item by the new correct code. From the beginning to the end, the seller never apologized for his mistake.
