The buyer was very nice, communicated quickly, and paid quickly, however, I am very concerned about the mention of an ["odor"] in their review. I have very severe asthma that leaves me bedridden and hospitalized quite frequently and smoke is my main trigger, so I'd never be the contributor to such odors, or sell an item I received from overseas with such an intense smell as the buyer described without washing it several times. If the smell does not budge after trying what I can to get rid if it, I list it in the description under "damages" (which I've only had to do once with an item I bought from Mercari JP). The smell may have come from being in transit, as the other two blouses from the 3 piece set have no smell at all. Either way, I am very concerned about selling to this buyer ever again. Product: 10/10 - Well maintained, exactly as described/photographed, no weird/unusual smells-fit was exact to measurements of the shoes listed.
Packaging: 10/10 - Came in a quick manner, the shoes were wrapped in a thick paper, and inside the shoes was a form fitted cardboard to help keep their shape. They came in a nice box and were also bubble wrapped to be extra safe. (Thank you for the nice note, I appreciate it!)
Seller Communication: 10/10 - very clear, efficient and professional
