The item arrived in lovely condition, and was exactly as described. My issue is that communication was very very poor. The seller took a month to ship out my parcel after I won the auction, with no explanation as to why. I had to prompt the seller to send me the invoice, and they did not respond to my message asking if it had been shipped yet. I don't mind if someone isn't able to ship in a timely manner if they let me know, but the lack of communication was really worrying!
