Buyer failed to read my terms of sale which states that for personal reasons, i cannot always respond. they left the complainant of lack of communication, yet if they had bothered to read my terms of sale, they would know this. even though i didn’t send the tracking number til after it delivered, that was because it was 2 DAY PRIORITY SHIPPING!! they bought the item TWO DAYS after christmas, on the 27th, i gave the tracking on the 4th, not even a week after they bought it. they lack zero patience. i’m a human, not a robot. their package is marked delivered in the usps tracking, yet they accuse me of never sending it. i will be filing a dispute with lacemarket, as the tracking number shows that it has delivered. [MOD edit: buyer claims item was never received]
