Communication was delightful until buyer decided to open a claim because they thought the dress wasn’t genuine. Indeed, they are new in the fashion and didn’t know that Angelic Pretty special set or lucky pack dresses are not always built in petticoat. They not even tried to discuss prior to the claim. They finally did some researches, checked the inside label, admitted their fault and closed the claim. It was still stressful experience and I don’t think I will work again with them in future.
