Probably the best seller I've ever dealt with. She was super friendly and helpful and shipped the dress as soon as she possibly could of and it arrived super quickly. The dress was wrapped up in a plastic bag and then put in a box which was then also wrapped up in brown paper, so very secure packing making sure the dress wouldn't get damaged. The dress itself is in perfect condition, no stains no flaws it's amazing and exactly what was described and pictured. I am very happy with the dress and the seller and hope I have the pleasure of buying from her again.
