Buyer was impatient and rude despite clear communication that her item would take a few days to ship, as I had sold 18 listings within 2 days of each other and had just returned from a trip. Buyer was given a USPS tracking number printed through Paypal as a verifiable service on 4/25. On 4/28, the buyer sent a brisk message asking why tracking had not been updated, and I explained that I was shipping in order of when listings ended, reminded that I had stated previously that shipping would be delayed, and apologized as our local post offices close when my husband and I get off work at 5pm. I also informed her that when the package was dropped off, it may take 1-2 days for the tracking to update because the post offices in Chicago are short-staffed, and offered to cancel her order and refund her instead if that was preferred. The buyer responded rudely by trying to site the 1-2 week shipping timeframe required by Lacemarket, which we were well within, and opted to cancel the order. I highly discourage selling to this buyer unless if you are able to ship next day, as they are inconsiderate and impatient.
