Seller initially messaged me for my paypal info, then never contacted me again with an invoice or otherwise. I attempted to contact them repeatedly over a period of two weeks, but they didn't respond until my final attempt, where I said that I would leave negative feedback if there was no response. They responded to this message and apologized, and said they would understand if I wanted to back out of the sale. I said I would take that up and leave them neutral feedback.
