Overall this was a very positive experience. The seller was communicative and helpful. She did take longer than usual to ship the item, but the wait was by no means unreasonable and she contacted me to notify me of the delay and it's reason, which I appreciate very much.
The coat itself is in excellent condition for its age, but there is some damage to one button that wasn't reported in the listing. I simply swapped it with a button from a more discreet location so it looks good as new, and I do feel that the price was very fair even with this minor damage taken into account. All the same, it seemed worth mentioning since the item was listed as "like new." Otherwise a perfect experience!
