Seller was super sweet and quick to respond to all my messages! There were some delays with shipping due to the current situation, but she was upfront about it from the very beginning and kept me updated -- even though these delays are totally out of our control, her communication about it was very appreciated! The dress was sent out pretty quickly despite everything, and it was very well packaged. As it was being sent from out of the country, I really appreciate the care that went into packaging it! Additionally, both the dress and KC are in excellent condition, exactly as they were described in the listing. Buying from her really just felt like interacting with a dear friend, I am incredibly pleased with the entire process! ♡

I had to risk my health to went into the usps office twice and tried to ship her the dress due to the usps online wouldn't print the label, I even cut down the total price since she asked for it. The usps offices around me kept telling me that they wouldn't accept used clothes without "the certificate of disinfectant" and even they dont know where to get it. Had to waited in line for half hour twice just to ship this dress. I told her the reason and made a refund aspa yet still receive a negative feedback, the most time consuming and tiring sell experience ever.
