I had to risk my health to went into the usps office twice and tried to ship her the dress due to the usps online wouldn't print the label, I even cut down the total price since she asked for it. The usps offices around me kept telling me that they wouldn't accept used clothes without "the certificate of disinfectant" and even they dont know where to get it. Had to waited in line for half hour twice just to ship this dress. I told her the reason and made a refund aspa yet still receive a negative feedback, the most time consuming and tiring sell experience ever.
