Buyer has won the auction but never answered my mails within three weeks.

Hello,
I am quite disgusted with this transaction. On departure everything went well, good communication and fast payment. Only, the address entered on the buyer's paypal wasn't correct. And the package therefore returned to France. I didn't want to pay the postage to send the package back to her, after all wasn't my fault. And the buyer also didn't want to pay the postage again and asks for a refund. I must say that I didn't answer the message because I have serious personals problems and I was exhausted and I am sorry for that. But I intended to answer her and reimburse her for the item. Only without warning the buyer made a paypal dispute on the whole invoice (bonnet+shipping cost), which isn't honest !!! I disputed the dispute saying that I wanted to refund only the object. But Paypal agreed with her, so I find myself paying shipping costs, that I don't take advantage, and litigation costs! I don't blame her for having made a dispute but a reminder could have closed the situation more cleanly, especially since it was his fault. I would never agree to sell him anything again. I have enough problems right now, I didn't want another one. Thank you for reading me and sorry for my English, I do not master this language well.
