This seller noticed that the bag had become damaged in storage while packaging, so they quickly reached out to me to offer me a full refund or the bag with a partial refund. I took the partial refund, and the seller was so kind, helpful, and communicative with the rest of the order. I really appreciated their honesty and the promptness with which they corrected the mistake, and I would definitely buy from them again.

The socks were described as "Like new. No stains/pilling/tears" however they came with a large hole in one of them. I was quite disappointed as these were going to be a gift, but since the seller has no prior negative feedback, I figured it must have been an honest mistake. So I reached out to let the seller know about the damage. They read the message 5 days ago but have not responded to me. Unfortunately, I feel it is necessary to leave Negative feedback. Up until this point, the seller was friendly and responsive, so if they had replied with an apology I would have left more a more Neutral rating. My only advice is to please check your items more thoroughly before listing them and take detailed pictures of damage.
