Regrettably I cannot recommend this seller, and I will need to leave my first negative feedback here on Lace Market after 200+ transactions. There was about a week of radio silence from the seller despite us paying nearly immediately. This on its own was not exactly negative as understandably people cannot ship packages the same day, however it definitely got the process off on the wrong foot. The seller also underestimated the shipping cost, and requested us to pay extra. We were fine with doing that once we retrieved the package safely, however we never got the chance. The parcel had the wrong number on the address, so it was marked as 'Return to Sender'. We had to call the post office/USPS for an hour to even get this information as tracking does not show reasons for why packages are marked as 'Return to Sender' with full details. Afterwards, we called multiple branches and drove to two separate post office locations just for the package to already be on its way back to the sender. We sent a message to the seller to open a communication about this, as I did not want to open a PayPal dispute right away hoping it was an honest mistake and they'd set it right. However, instead of them coordinating the package to be sent back out (I would have even been fine paying for shipping again), they immediately shrugged off the entire situation saying 'mistakes happen' and sent a refund without at least asking us if we wanted the item. All in all, we waited nearly a month being short $200+ USD just to not even receive the item. While mistakes do happen, we would have at least wanted a say in the process and be allowed to offer for them to send it back to us even if we had to pay extra. The seller was not outright rude but a careless and inattentive attitude lead to this issue happening to begin with, wasting everyone's time and leading to a very sour experience. I would think twice before purchasing an item from them.

Really nice seller :) She always updated me through the shipping progress. The neckties have been missing because the are at another place but we find a solution ♥ Otherwise the dress is as described, i managed to get a huge part from the stains out of it, i´m really happy with this purchase :) I can recommend this seller to everyone ♥
