DISCLAIMER: Seller had a family emergency! I can totally understand having to cancel transactions because of family emergencies. This review is based on the refund process.
I was issued a refund on Feb 4. Shortly after, it got canceled. I reached out to the seller and was informed that the bank canceled the refund because too many were issued at once. Not a problem. I was issued a second refund after opening up a Paypal dispute (as requested by seller). However, that refund got canceled a second time. After contacting their support, Paypal has issue me a full refund.

The seller was kind enough to allow me to make 2 separate payments on a dress. I was told the dress would be shipped out on 2/4. Never received any shipping notifications or follow-up communication. Today I realized I had HALF the payment refunded. Just half. No updates. Then I saw the recent feedback on their page. I am extremely disappointed.

Quick payment and timely, clear communication. Buyer requested that I ship via UPS, and was patient with me when it took me longer than usual to ship the package due to there not being a UPS store in my town.

[LM Moderator Edited: Seller had family emergency, all buyers were refunded.] I purchased this dress on 01/23/2021. the seller messaged me that day to tell me she was going to invoice me, and I did not respond but I immediately paid the invoice. on 2/4/2021 I messaged to ask if she had shipped yet. she never opened my message. on 2/6/2021 I received a refund with no explanation. I would not recommend this seller.

Paid fully a few days later, had been messaging the seller and was told it would ship on 2/03/21. Only the next day to receive a refund. No response or message why. I’ve messaged a few times trying to get ahold of the seller for info or an explanation. I didn’t mind waiting. But checking in a mentoring lolita group found at least 2 others who suffered the same issue. Mistakes happen but to 3 people at the exact time with refusals to respond? No thanks. Beware of seller. You probably won’t get what you purchase.

I purchased this JSK on 1/27/2021 and paid promptly the same day. The seller said that they would ship the dress out on 2/3/2021 and I said ok because I know how busy people can be. 2/3 rolled around, I received no confirmation of shipment. I know how easy it is to forget to send tracking numbers so I went to DM seller to check in but before I finished writing the DM, I got an email from paypal saying I had been refunded. This happened on 2/4/2021. There was no explanation or notice I would be refunded. I dm'd the seller to inquire about why I was refunded and if there had been difficulties shipping the dress. I was fine waiting a little longer. The message has not been opened and I have not received any further correspondence. I am incredibly disappointed and annoyed since the jsk was my dream dress that I have been trying to get a hold of for two years. I would have appreciated some notice or explanation or an attempt to work out something instead of being mysteriously refunded and having my transaction cancelled. What gets me even more irritated is upon consulting with other lolitas in a mentoring group, I found out the seller had done the exact same thing to another lolita in the same time frame as me. I will not be purchasing from this seller again.

Seller had an issue with their PayPal account, but stayed in communication to keep me updated. Once the issue was resolved, the invoice and package were sent out quickly!

I'll admit I was nervous about dealing with this buyer again considering that our last transaction didn't go smoothly. But she was very friendly and easy to work with, paid quickly, and had no objections about agreeing to my Terms of Sale. All in all a very pleasant transaction.

After purchasing this dress, the buyer messaged me with concerns about whether or not it would fit, since the official measurements provided by the brand were smaller than those I got by measuring the dress myself. We had a detailed discussion over private messaging of my measurement and returns policies, during which I got the impression that the buyer was satisfied with the information and willing to go through with a return in the case that the dress didn't fit. I got a message 4 days later from the buyer requesting to cancel the order, but since I had already sent the package, I couldn't do so. When the buyer received the dress and wasn't satisfied with the fit, she opened a PayPal case against me that ended up costing me a lot to resolve. Although the transaction was a real headache throughout, I'm leaving neutral feedback because I understand that I bear some responsibility for not making absolutely sure that the buyer wanted me to ship the package before doing so, and for being overly generous in my stated measurements.

Asked for DHL shipping due to issues with USA postal services, being more expensive than the Royal mail UK service I gave the total price but hasn't responded as of yet. Had to retract the invoice and am about to relist items.
