Seller is very amiable and communicative. She shipped the item quickly, and I received it within her estimated time for shipping. We had some issues with the postal website being down, so my tracking number never did work, but she shared my concern and did her best to locate it (though to no avail). She is lovely and I'd definitely buy from her again! The JSK I bought is gorgeous and looks brand new; you'd never guess it was released eight years ago from how it looks!
