Buyer is sweet, unfortunately the blouses never made it to them so a refund was issued (issues with Canadian customs). I felt really bad the blouses never made it to their destination but the shipping is out of our control. Buyer is great though, paid quickly and communicated quickly!

Not sure what to say. I received my items, but it took giving her the benefit of the doubt and somewhere around three months of my time to make it happen.
While you said it was a simple error of misplacing my package, I personally think it had more to do with the custom order I asked for on top of things. If it's too much, just say no. If it becomes too much, say no even if it's difficult. Be up front with communication and even a three month delay is not such a big deal.
I would buy from her again, but I won't ask after custom orders.

No communication from seller after I was invoiced for an order which included multiple of a custom brooch. Thankfully I only paid a small amount of the invoice (as we agreed) and not the whole thing, but no contact after that was paid...not sure what happened to seller? Still dealing with paypal hoping I can get the $30 back.
