Very good communication! I was floored by how accommodating this seller was when it came to shipping informaton! The bow arrived safely wrapped and with a handwritten note. I noticed a small stain on the backside of the lace, which was noticeable on the picture which I had initially overlooked, but that's just a nitpick imo. Overall great experience! Thank you so much, dear!
