Buyer backed out of sale after their bid had been placed for almost a week. They didn't even bother to contact me to say they wouldn't be able to pay, so I had to contact them to ask why the invoice wasn't paid and that's when they let me know. I understand that things come up but the bare minimum here would have been for the buyer to inform me as soon as they knew they wouldn't be able to pay so I wasn't left hanging, waiting for a payment I'd been expecting for about a week at that point. I wouldn't recommend selling to this buyer, unfortunately.

Buyer asked for a two-week payment plan without DMing before bidding. They're new, so that's not a huge deal. However, when it came time to pay the second half, they said they couldn't pay and backed out of the sale, so I'll need to relist. The buyer said I could keep the initial payment, but I refunded it. I sent a refund for the first half of the payment. Buyer was perfectly nice and apologetic, but I can't recommend doing business with them.
