Seller was really nice to talk to and had good communication. The package was also sent out in a reasonable amount of time and arrived safely. Unfortunately, when the dress arrived it was very sweat stained and needed a good washing. Initially I messaged the seller and she offered me a partial refund. It all came out with careful cleaning however, so I had no reason to accept a refund. Overall was still a positive experience I just recommend washing things before you sell them. Thank you, I'm very happy with my dress. :)

The skirt took a while to get here but it arrived in perfect condition and exactly as described. Seller was very kind, too, and they at least let me know that they had to ship out the skirt a bit late; that was totally fine but I really appreciated the heads-up. Thank you so much!!

Seller was at first responsive to messages and I was confident I would be receiving the package soon, after a month of not hearing from them I messaged them asking about the package and was told it had not yet been shipped out. I then assured them it was fine and to please inform me when it would be shipped. Seller has not responded for two weeks and not read my messages. I have sent multiple messages regarding my concerns to no avail. I dont like leaving a negative review and hope we can further negotiate if needed. [MOD edit: buyer dress was delivered, seller and buyer both agreed to feedback change]

Sadly it's my first negative feedback. I sent 3 Paypal invoices and several mails. I received only one message the 13th of July where she told she will pay the invoice but I never received the payment. I can understand we can have problem in our life but I'm waiting since one month for the payment and more than 3 weeks for a message… If you didn’t want the dress anymore, you just had to say it. I would have appreciated more communication.

Had a bit of a bump in the road but it's all good now.
Initial communication was great invoice was sent promptly. There was a period of about three weeks with no update on shipping. I eventually got their attention after sending a few messages through paypal and LM and the item was sent out soon afterward with an apology for not having responded sooner.
We're all human and life happens.
I would have appreciated just a bit more communication is all. Given all their other feedback was great I think this was just an outlier and I received the item eventually so it all worked out in the end.
