Back out of the sale even I am very prompt with payments. All I did is asking for reasons of a charge occurring outside of the aforementioned. I have paid in USD promptly, twice. For the first time they refund it for them being charge a conversion fee in PayPal. The second time I paid anyway with their conversion fees added and discuss if ‘the deduction in PayPal was due to transaction surcharges’. And they felt comfortable with proceeding the transaction? Not recommended if you are buying from them outside of USA and don’t even ask about the break down of charges if you want a dress from them.
