Item arrived with more stains than described and I was worried I wouldn't be able to use this shirt. With proper cleaner and a scrub brush I was able to save the shirt. The seller gave me a refund to cover the products used to fix this, since the additional damage wasn't described or visible in photos. The item did ship in time and the seller was a communicator, kind, and flexible. They worked towards a solution with me so I would recommend them happily.

If it were me I'd have placed them in an additional layer of packaging (a plastic bag or tissue paper or something) inside the cardboard envelope in case the outer packaging got damaged, but thankfully the item arrived intact and as described.
