Overall I would work with this seller again based on their dedication to their buyer. They are exactly the sort of seller you want to encounter. Despite being out of town, they made sure the dress was shipped out as quickly as possible. We ran into some issues where the dress had some stains that hadn't been noticed by the seller, but the seller was quick to reply to my concerns, and even gave a generous refund. It's unfortunate that the dress was not as expected, but the seller went above and beyond to rectify and make amends. Most notably their commitment to full disclosure and communication when dealing with this issue was highly commendable.

Item in good condition, as described. All pieces included. The dress and headbow were shipped in an appropriately sized box, without a protective bag. It took about two weeks for this seller to respond to a message. Shipment was a week later than expected. The item was shipped with tracking, though tracking was not sent to me. This is a good seller, she does have good quality items for good prices; buyers should expect to wait a bit longer than usual with Sophia :)
