My dreams has come true thanks to you <3 Dress and accessories came as described and cleaned. Everything in perfect condition I couldn't be happier <3 I am very pleased with my new set ♡ shipping was somewhat delayed. Wasnt shipped until one week after payment, but she did explain afterwards that she had to send the dress to dry cleaner first. (I just wish I was informed beforehand) . All in all a good buy ♡

This seller was easy to work with. However! I never received my items after I paid off my payment plan with them. Once I finished paying it off, they said they would ship it once they were home from vacation. It's been a month later now, and I've tried contacting them several times. Absolutely no response, no tracking number, no sort of hope whatsoever. It has been a very big struggle to get my money back as well. As far as I can tell, they are a scammer. Do not purchase from them. It's especially bizarre since they have so many positive reviews on here. Be wary.

Just received the dress in the mail, it has a strong odor can't tell if it's smoke or something else. Even though the listing says it comes from a non-smoking environment. Communication was good, dispatch time is good as well.
