Before any bidding occurred, I received a message from this user asking if I was comfortable invoicing a PayPal account that wasn't attached to her LM profile since she recently moved countries to Germany. I said I was not, but had also recently moved countries and had gotten my PayPal updated by contacting the mods so she would be able to do the same. She read this message, but did not respond. A few days later she placed a bid on it, so I assumed she had gotten that all sorted but as of writing her listed country still remains the same, and I am assuming the PayPal email has not been updated. I had sent a congratulations message and invoice immediately upon the auction ending, and a reminder 24 hours after that. It was followed up by a second reminder at the 48 hour mark, and half a day had passed before she let me know she was backing out. It was a very shady and unpleasant.
