Prior to leaving this feedback I attempted to reach out to this seller on two separate occasions, just in case the first message wasn't received. The first message was sent over a month ago and I gave them plenty of time to respond or at least acknowledge it. Both of them are still left unread and ignored despite them being currently active on LM and purchasing listings. I politely let them know that the item was packaged carelessly, especially given that I paid 500 dollars plus more for shipping for it. It takes less than 5 seconds to ensure that a dress is completely inside of a bag and not sticking out before you double knot it so tightly. It's also very unlikely that they were unable to see parts of the dress not only sticking out but stuck within the knot that they were tying during the process of packing it. About 6 inches of the ends of the waist ties of the dress, that were already beginning to fray, were deeply twisted and stuck in a double knot of the thin plastic garbage bag that it was stuffed into. It took at least 15 minutes to get them out safely without damaging them further. Overall, the transaction was unpleasant and disappointing with very poor communication. I initially felt bad because they were apparently facilitating this sale for a friend, but nonetheless, it's irresponsible to let someone so negligent use your account to sell items and plain rude to then not even bother replying to the buyer afterwards. https://imgur.com/a/CVfZDJA
